“Wellness for Life” Series Starting SoonThe University of Illinois Extension is excited to be partnering with the Jersey Community Hospital Wellness Center to provide the Wellness for Life series. These classes will meet once a month to discuss topics such as gluten, eating out, cooking for one or two, and being budget savvy by cooking from food in your cabinets. Hand-outs and recipes will be provided.
The series will run from 10:00 - 11:00am at the Jersey Community Hospital on the third Monday of the month. These classes are free to the public. The classes are not continuous, so feel free to sign up for one or all of them.
May 18th - Is Gluten-free Right for Me?
June 15th-Dining out without Filling Out
July 20th-Cooking for One or Two
August 17th- Cooking from the Cabinets
Anyone interested in attending a class is asked to sign up at the front desk of the Jersey Community Hospital Wellness Center in Jerseyville or by calling the JCH Wellness Center at 618-498-3500.
